running the real dream

"It does not matter how slow you go so long as you do not stop"
-Confucius

coincidentally, it describes running. this blog is solely about running, and the sports that have the main focus on it.. which is XC and Track&Field. i'm here to continue the spread of the basic sport of running.

i follow back all the time

sorry. i lack posting :\

training and training and training.

my ambition is to run along the Great Wall of China.

i wonder how long that would take, but nevertheless, i’m up for it!

i haven’t been posting because:

  1. training
  2. i try to fit in my ‘social’ life
  3. training
  4. training
  5. biking everywhere

it’s good to cross-train, it’s not good just to run.

you’re probably thinking “there’s something wrong with Mr. to30.” you’re right.

Something inside of me just said ‘Hey, wait a minute, I want to beat him,’ and I just took off. You have to wonder at times what you’re doing out there. Over the years, I’ve given myself a thousand reasons to keep running, but it always comes back to where it started. It comes down to self-satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
